A spacious workshop for pausing, settling, and reconnecting with clarity.
Energy: Illumination · Softening · Remembering
There are times when the light in you is harder to access.
Covered over by stress.
Dimmed by pressure.
Redirected toward who you thought you needed to be.
In yogic philosophy, prakāśa refers to illumination — the light that reveals what is already here. Not something you create, but something you uncover.
This 90-minute workshop offers space to gently clear what obscures that inner brightness, without forcing positivity or trying to “be your best self.”
Through slow movement, breath practices, guided meditation, and reflective prompts, you will explore:
What has been dimming my energy or sense of aliveness?
Where do I feel most like myself — even in small moments?
What might it feel like to stop striving, and simply allow what’s already here to be seen?
Rather than building something new, this practice is about recognizing what hasn’t left.
Participants often notice subtle but meaningful shifts — a sense of lightness, clarity, or quiet steadiness — along with one simple way to reconnect with their own energy in daily life.
This workshop is not about becoming brighter.
It’s about uncovering the brightness that’s already yours.
Open to anyone feeling a bit dulled, disconnected, or stretched thin — and ready to reconnect without pressure.
No prior yoga experience needed. Just a willingness to notice what’s still there.
