A brief conversation to explore what kind of support might feel most helpful right now — whether that’s rest, nervous system support, creative momentum, or simply a clearer direction forward.
15 minutes · free · no obligation
You might be navigating something specific — restless sleep, stress, grief, or a transition.
Or you may simply feel ready for more clarity, creative momentum, or a steadier direction forward.
Many people find themselves somewhere in between. This conversation is a simple place to begin.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need yet. Part of our time is figuring that out together.
By the end of our 15 minutes, you’ll have:
• A clearer sense of what you’re needing
• Insight into whether private sessions, a group program, or a workshop might be most supportive
• A grounded next step — even if that step is simply “not right now”
Sometimes clarity itself is regulating.
Some people find that a workshop or short series is the right place to begin — a focused space to explore rest, regulation, or creative renewal alongside others.
Others feel most supported in a small group program, where the practices deepen over time and the shared experience creates momentum and support.
For those wanting more individualized attention or deeper exploration, private yoga therapy sessions offer focused support around nervous system regulation, steadiness, and longer-standing patterns.
Together we simply explore whether a more therapeutic path, a more expressive path, or a blend of both feels most aligned.
• A short, focused, human conversation
• A place to slow down
• A space to explore direction without pressure
• Not therapy
• Not an intake session
• Not a sales pitch
• Not a commitment
It’s simply a short conversation to help you orient yourself and see what direction might feel supportive.

A soft yet empowering space for women and feminine-hearted folks to reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been quieted, tamed, or overlooked. Through somatic exploration, breath, and reflective writing, you’ll return to the soft strength, intuition, and wild-hearted truth that’s always been yours.

In Whimsical & Wild workshops, we explore your playful, fun, and uninhibited side through somatic movement, breathwork, imagination, curiosity, and introspection. It’s a time to explore and express yourself. Creative arts such as music and literature provide thought-provoking prompts for journaling / sketching and free-form movement helps you release stress and let go of what might be holding you back.
Whimsical & Wild: Let the Spark Breathe
Your steady glow has always been there. In this workshop, we let the light move. Through somatic exploration and free-form movement, you begin translating aliveness into physical expression. You practice responding to sensation before censoring it, allowing creativity to arise without force. Expect music, movement, and reflection. Wildness here is simple: following what feels intuitive.

In each of the six Whimsical & Wild workshops, we explore your playful, fun, and uninhibited side through somatic movement, breathwork, imagination, curiosity, and introspection. It’s a time to explore and express yourself. Creative arts such as music and literature provide thought-provoking prompts for journaling / sketching and free-form movement helps you release stress and let go of what might be holding you back.
Explore emotion and sensation instinctively. Instead of analyzing what you feel, you experiment through instinct, movement, sound, and reflection. You begin to sense the difference between contained energy and expressed energy. Wild here is subtle. You are learning to be responsive and recognize the pulse beneath the noise.

A soft, enlivening workshop designed to help you transition out of winter’s heaviness. Through simple movement, breathwork, and sensory awareness, you’ll gently wake up your energy, clear stagnation, and create space for a fresh season ahead — without rushing your body or your pace.

Every family carries stories. Stories about work, love, strength, silence, sacrifice, or success. Some are spoken clearly. Others are absorbed quietly through tone, expectation, and example.
Over time, these narratives shape more than belief. They influence posture, breath, responsibility patterns, and how the nervous system responds under stress. As trauma researcher Bessel van der Kolk has written, the body holds experience. Even when our histories include stability, joy, or deep love, we still absorb ways of reacting, striving, resting, and relating.
This 90-minute workshop offers a steady space to notice those patterns without analyzing family history in depth. The emphasis is awareness and choice.
Through gentle movement, breath practices, guided meditation, and structured reflection, you will explore:
What messages about safety, worth, or responsibility did I absorb?
How do those messages show up in my body and nervous system today?
Which patterns feel aligned with who I am now — and which feel ready to soften?
This workshop is not about blaming the past or searching for problems. It is about recognizing what you have inherited, meeting it with compassion, and consciously deciding what continues forward — what you lean into and what you release.
Participants will leave with greater clarity around the stories shaping their stress responses and one practical shift to begin experimenting with.
Open to yoga teachers, therapists, thoughtful students, and anyone curious about how family and cultural narratives influence daily life.
No prior yoga experience is required. Only a willingness to notice.

A down-to-earth workshop to reconnect with your own good heart. We’ll weave together breath, movement, and reflective prompts to practice self-kindness, soften harsh inner voices, and strengthen your sense of belonging — to yourself, and to the people who matter most.

Return to Radiance is offered monthly with practices and yoga psychology topics shifting monthly. This workshop offers gentle movement, breath, and reflection to help the body soften and re-orient. Rather than pushing toward change, the work creates enough room for brightness and steadiness to emerge naturally.
Some people leave feeling lighter. Others feel more rooted or present. The emphasis is on listening and responding, not fixing or striving. No prior experience needed.

This 90-minute workshop weaves together gentle somatic movement, breath-based nervous system support, and a long guided Yoga Nidra practice to help shift the body out of “wired and tired” and toward steadier, softer states of rest.
The first portion of the session includes light activation and discharge movements to release accumulated tension, followed by gradual downshifting through breath and grounding practices. The workshop concludes with an extended Yoga Nidra — a guided form of conscious rest practiced lying down or fully supported — to encourage deep relaxation and sleep readiness.
Rest Reset is especially supportive when you feel:
Mentally alert but physically exhausted
Waking in the middle of the night
Overstimulated or unable to power down
In need of nervous system recovery
You might experience:
Gentle orienting and rhythmic movement to discharge stress
Breath practices that lengthen the exhale and support regulation
Slow transitions from activation into stillness
A guided Yoga Nidra practice
Spacious pauses and an unhurried close
This workshop is held at a calm, steady pace. You’re welcome to attend in comfortable clothing, settle into bed for the final portion, and allow rest to unfold without effort.

Energy: Deep Restoration · Integration
This 4-week group program centers on Yoga Nidra — often called yogic sleep — a guided form of conscious rest that helps the body and mind enter a state of deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra is done lying down.
Recent scientific research support significant benefits of Yoga Nidra for sleep and anxiety.
Yoga Nidra for Deeper Rest & Brighter Days is especially supportive when you feel depleted, fatigued, or in need of restoration rather than activation.
Gentle settling at the beginning to prepare for rest
Guided Yoga Nidra practiced lying down or fully supported
Body awareness and imagery to encourage deep relaxation
Long pauses of stillness and quiet attention
Time at the end to reorient gently before returning
Each class is held with a steady, unhurried pace, emphasizing rest as a form of support rather than something to achieve.
Includes free Sleep Pocket Pack.

Energy: Expression · Release
Rhythm for Expression invites the body into motion as a way to release held tension and reconnect with natural flow. Practices may be more animated, but always grounded and optional, with room for integration along the way.

Gentle shaking or rhythmic movement to release stress energy
Free-form or guided movement prompts to explore “voice in motion”
Simple sound or humming practices to support expression and confidence
Optional writing or reflection to track sensation, emotion, or insight
Periods of settling to help energy integrate
You’re always invited to choose the level of intensity that feels right.

Energy: Discharge · Settling
This 4-week group program focuses on gently releasing excess tension and stress energy before asking for stillness. Rather than pushing the body to calm down, practices help energy move, soften, and reorganize so rest becomes more accessible.
This program is especially helpful when you feel wired, overstimulated, or restless in ways that make traditional relaxation difficult.
Slow, grounding movement to release built-up tension
Somatic shaking and motions to discharge stress energy
Breath practices that emphasize lengthening the exhale
Simple awareness cues to notice sensation and ease
A brief period of rest once the body has had a chance to settle
The emphasis is always on meeting the body where it is and letting settling happen gradually.

A cacao ceremony is a ceremonial practice that uses raw cacao (unprocessed chocolate) as a central element. Originating from ancient Mesoamerican cultures such as the Maya and Aztecs, cacao was considered a sacred plant with profound spiritual significance. In modern times, cacao ceremonies are practiced in various spiritual, wellness, and community settings.

What Happens in a Cacao Ceremony?
1. Preparation: The ceremony often begins with the preparation of raw cacao, which is usually in the form of a paste or a drink. The cacao is often combined with natural sweeteners, spices, and sometimes other herbs or plant medicines.
2. Intention Setting: Participants may be invited to set personal or collective intentions for the ceremony. This is often done through meditation or prayer.
3. Rituals and Practices: The ceremony might include guided meditation, singing, drumming, chanting, or other ritualistic practices. These elements are designed to create a sacred space and facilitate a deeper connection to oneself and the collective group.
4. Consumption: Participants drink the cacao mixture, which is believed to open the heart and enhance emotional and spiritual experiences. The raw cacao is often considered a powerful facilitator for inner exploration and transformation.
5. Integration and Sharing: The ceremony may conclude with a sharing circle or discussion where participants can express their experiences, insights, and emotions.
Benefits of a Cacao Ceremony
1. Emotional Release: The ceremony can help participants process and release emotions. Cacao is known for its
mood-enhancing properties, which can facilitate a deeper emotional experience.
2. Enhanced Connection: Drinking cacao in a ceremonial context can help foster a sense of connection to oneself, others, and the natural world. It often encourages openness and bonding among participants.
3. Spiritual Insight: Many people report gaining insights or having spiritual experiences during cacao ceremonies. The ceremonial use of cacao is thought to facilitate heightened awareness and personal revelations.
4. Heart Opener: Raw cacao contains compounds like theobromine and phenylethylamine, which can promote feelings of love, compassion, and joy. This is why cacao is often referred to as a "heart opener."
5. Mindfulness and Presence: The ceremonial aspect encourages mindfulness and being present in the moment.
Participants are guided to focus on their intentions and experiences, which can lead to greater self-awareness and inner peace.
6. Community Building: Ceremonies often involve group participation, fostering a sense of community and shared experience. This can strengthen social bonds and provide support networks.
7. Increased Creativity: The open-hearted and reflective state induced by the ceremony can enhance creativity and problem-solving abilities.
While cacao ceremonies can be a profound and enriching experience for many, it's important to approach them with an open mind and be aware of individual sensitivities, especially if you have specific health conditions or dietary restrictions.
