Rituals for the Quiet Season — Clarity, Warmth & Renewal
WED DEC 17, 6 - 7:30 PM CST

A cozy online gathering to clear the static, find clarity, kindle steady warmth with rhythmic practices. Rest into renewal with yoga nidra, known as “yogic sleep,” a profound restoration practice that engages the body, mind, emotions, and intuition. Yoga nidra is done lying down. Rooted in yoga philosophy that helps you let go (aparigraha), cultivate your inner fire (tapas), and foster acceptance (santosha). All practices are informed by modern nervous-system science and give reverence to ancient yogic practices, you’ll leave with 2–3 simple rituals you can return to all season.

You’ll receive:

  • Body-based tools to downshift stress and steady your mood
  • A movement ritual for warmth and joy
  • A brief quiet rest practice to disconnect and clear your mind
  • Journal prompts to help you choose what truly matters now

Bonus for workshop participants:

  • Access to the Seasonal Rituals Pocket Pack, updated seasonally
