Between the expectations, gatherings, and endless to-do lists, it’s easy to lose our calm—and even ourselves—this time of year. The Holiday Rescue Circle is your invitation to pause, exhale, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Join for connection and to simply exhale and be yourself. You’ll experience mind-body practices to steady your nervous system and soften holiday stress. Rooted in yoga philosophy (Ahimsa, Santosha, Aparigraha, and Tapas) and informed by modern psychology, this circle helps you shift from pressure to presence.

You’ll leave with a calmer, kinder way to navigate the season.

You will learn:

  • Practical rituals for releasing tension and maintaining inner warmth
  • Tools for compassion toward yourself and others
