This workshop explores where you tend to hold tension — physically, emotionally, or habitually — and where movement, ease, or flow is already present.
Through gentle somatic movement, breath, and guided awareness, you’ll begin to notice patterns of holding and allow space for softening, shifting, and release.
Whimsical & Wild — Where I Hold, Where I Flow is especially supportive when you feel tight, stuck, or unsure how to let go, and are ready to reconnect with a sense of ease and movement.
You may experience:
Gentle movement to explore areas of tension and release
Guided awareness of holding patterns in the body
Breath and rhythm to support softening and flow
Space to notice what feels effortful and what feels natural
Time to integrate and settle before returning
