Step into this reflective space to soften your inner critic and reconnect with compassion. Cultivate curiosity, explore your own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and observe without judgement. Feel into your fears and let go of blame, guilt, and self-resententment so you can see inside your heart of hearts once again. Clear your mind, open your heart, and forgive yourself for not shining as brightly as you can.
