Many people come to this conversation because they’re experiencing things like:

• Anxiety, stress, or low mood
• Grief or loss
• Emotional overwhelm or reactivity
• Feeling disconnected from their body, values, or creativity

What Yoga Therapy Is 

Yoga therapy works with the patterns that shape how stress, grief, and experience are held in the body and mind.

Rather than relying on insight alone, this work supports change at the level where patterns live — in breath, sensation, movement, attention, and awareness.

Sessions are paced, supportive, and personalized. Practices may include gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and yoga psychology. No prior yoga experience is needed.

It can be a powerful complement to talk therapy — or a standalone form of support.

I’ll ask a few questions.
We’ll listen for what your system may be signaling beneath the noise.

I’m the founder of Possible by Design. I integrate yoga therapy training, somatic practice, and a background in psychology and research. I specialize in supporting people navigating stress, sleep disruption, grief, emotional shifts, and periods of transition.

My approach is steady, thoughtful, and non-performative. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you reconnect with your own signals — and move from there.
