Stress, sleeplessness, and emotional fatigue can leave you feeling detached from your body and unsure how to truly rest. Maybe you wake up wired, crash mid-day, or feel caught between anxiety and exhaustion. Talk therapy helps you make sense of it, but your body still holds the story.

Yoga therapy offers a way back to yourself.
It’s not about mastering poses—it’s about remembering the steady rhythm that’s always been there. Through trauma-aware, evidence-informed practices rooted in yogic philosophy, you begin to rebuild trust with your body and find the inner spaciousness that allows change to take root.

How We Begin

All sessions are one-to-one and fully customized. We’ll begin with an intake to talk about what’s happening in your life, what you hope to change, and how this approach might support you.

You don’t need experience with yoga or somatic work—just a willingness to pause, listen, and be curious about what’s already within you.

About Your Teacher & Guide

I’m Sarah Atkinson, a Practicum Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT track), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), and counselor-in-training with advanced training in somatics, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Healing Touch (Level 3).

My approach bridges ancient wisdom and modern science, weaving together yoga therapy, somatic regulation, energy balancing, and trauma-aware principles to support the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.

Before this work, I spent two decades in user experience and research, helping people design systems and solutions. Now, I help people redesign something far more personal — their relationship with rest, creativity, and self-understanding.

Each session meets you where you are.
Some days, we move.
Some days, we breathe, rest, or work with energy and awareness.
Every practice is guided by your body’s innate wisdom — no performance, no pressure, just the space to return to yourself.
